How You Will Make An Impact

As ThredUp's Copy Lead, you'll own how ThredUp sounds, helping define the voice and tone post-rebrand and bringing that voice to life across every touchpoint. Equal parts writer and editor, you're at home in both big-picture strategy and hands-on craft. You'll lead editorial direction while writing and editing copy, and partner closely with the creative and brand team to shape campaigns and creative concepts. At ThredUp, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $130K and $157K per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Many ThredUp employees also have the opportunity to own shares of ThredUp stock, ThredUp employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, as well as a discount when purchasing ThredUp stock if voluntarily participating in ThredUp's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
