Your Role as a Clothing Processing Team Member
In our bustling Distribution Center, you'll be the hero who checks out secondhand clothes and gets them ready for their next adventure. Your exciting mission includes:
Making sure each piece meets our top-notch quality standards
Recording accurate details about each item
What You'll Be Up To
Tear into bags filled with pre-loved clothing treasures from our customers
Carry out thorough quality inspections on every item
Navigate through tasks using a handy USB scanner and iPad app with easy prompts
Jot down specifics like brand, size, gender category, and condition
Snap pics of tags to gather product info
What You Need to Bring
On-the-Move Work: Stand tall all shift long; bending and lifting up to 30 lbs are part of the gig. You'll also maneuver racks weighing up to 150 lbs.
Eager Learner: Arrive ready for action! Our structured training program will equip you with everything needed.
Tech-Savviness: Feel comfy using tablets, scanners, and basic apps.

While you'll have a primary shift, we'll<br />work with you to accommodate your availability and preferences whenever<br />possible. To help you plan ahead, your Training Manager will provide your<br />schedule at least three weeks in advance. Flexibility to work on an<br />additional shift may be needed to support new hire onboarding, meet<br />operational demands, and ensure a full 40-hour work week. We believe this<br />approach provides a predictable schedule while also allowing us to respond<br />to the ever-changing needs of our business.</p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Make An Impact</b></p><p>The Ops Trainer understands all training materials, conducts training in<br />multiple areas as needed, coaches new team members, initiates<br />cross-training with guidance from leadership, and trains team members on<br />new processes while reinforcing safe work practices. The Ops Trainer also<br />plays an active role in partnering with the Training Manager to assess<br />training needs and suggest new learning solutions.
