ThredUp is looking for a Manager, CRM Technology & Operations to manage the systems, people, and processes that support personalized customer engagement across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.

This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, data, product, and engineering. You will help execute and evolve our CRM technology ecosystem, with a particular focus on Braze architecture, data and event integrations, audience and segmentation capabilities, cross-channel orchestration, personalization, measurement, and operational scale.

You will also manage the day-to-day work of the individuals responsible for technical CRM production and campaign quality. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can translate strategy into execution, troubleshoot complex technical issues, configure campaigns and segments, review code, improve production processes, and coach others through change.

In This Role You\u2019ll Get To:

• Lead the day-to-day work of the CRM technology and technical operations team, supporting campaign production, QA, documentation, tooling, governance, and operating standards.

• Manage and execute the Braze roadmap, partnering with CRM leadership and cross-functional teams to assess platform capabilities, surface technical risks and tradeoffs, and support prioritization across the CRM technology ecosystem.

• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to improve the flow and activation of customer data from the warehouse, CDP, and other systems.

At ThredUp, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $ 175,000 and $200,000, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
