Lead market research, sourcing strategy, and proactive pipeline development to stay ahead of workforce trends in our DC geographies
Act as a culture ambassador, showing up in-market, building community partnerships, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
Track and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and continuously improve performance
Help standardize and document best practices to support our scaling distribution network
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a high-volume, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Proven ability to source, engage, and hire top-tier talent in competitive labor markets
Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools, recruiting automation, and building systems that scale
Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and frontline operators alike
Data-minded with experience working against performance metrics and leveraging reporting for insight and optimization
